Getting Started & Engagement Options

Outsourcing is the engagement of a specialised service provider to manage specific business functions on behalf of an organisation, enabling cost efficiency and operational focus while the provider oversees daily operations.

Offshoring is the practice of relocating specific business functions or roles to another country to access skilled talent, reduce costs, and improve operational efficiency while maintaining direct management control.

Offshoring could be better for your business because it allows you to retain direct control over dedicated offshore teams, ensuring higher quality, stronger data security, scalability, and greater long-term cost efficiency compared to traditional outsourcing models.

Through our no-commitment recruit-ment process, you gain immediate access to a pool of candidates available in the Philippines with no upfront cost. You will only be invoiced once you are ready to hire your first offshore employee. We will manage the shortlisting and the interview coordination based on your requirements and qualifications.

Unlike traditional outsourcing providers that lock clients into fixed-term contracts, our model allows you to start without long-term commitments while still benefiting from a dedicated offshore team. We only require a sixty (60)-day notice period to allow sufficient time to follow the required due process. This is dependent on the information that the client will provide to us.

We can start with our no-commitment recruitment process. Once you are ready to hire and the agreement is signed, you will choose whether to provide the equipment or have Connexx supply and manage the hardware, with setup coordinated with your IT team. All pre-employment requirements will be completed and verified prior to onboarding.

In addition to the confidentiality clause and NDA stipulated in the employment contract, clients have the option to fully manage the network and security by providing their own infrastructure and security setup. Alternatively, if clients prefer Connexx to supply and manage the equipment, we have network security controls to ensure data protection and system integrity.

Performance is managed through KPIs, regular reporting, monitoring of productivity, structured reviews, and continuous improvement processes aligned with client expectations. We also support clients in developing tailored KPI metrics and scorecards based on the role requirements, job descriptions, and operational processes.

Performance is monitored through KPI tracking and regular online communication using collaboration tools such as Microsoft Teams, Slack, and Zoom. Where required, we can also implement employee monitoring systems at an additional cost to support productivity and efficiency tracking.

Yes. Dedicated resources are assigned exclusively to your organisation, operating as an extension of your internal team, following your processes, systems, and performance standards.

Typical onboarding timelines range from two to six weeks, depending on role complexity, recruitment availability, system access, and training requirements.

Pricing, Contracts & Scalability

Pricing is transparent and structured on a fixed monthly fee or cost-plus model, with all employee-related costs billed at actuals. A one (1) month security deposit applies, and recurring invoices are billed one (1) month in advance.

Once you are ready to hire, we will prepare the agreement prior to issuing the offer letter to the candidate. Upon acceptance of the offer, a one-time recruitment fee and a one-time set-up fee will be invoiced. A six (6)-month recruitment guarantee applies, under which we will provide a replacement at no additional cost if required.

Yes. Our flexible engagement model allows you to scale resources based on business demand, subject to reasonable notice periods, contractual terms, and full compliance with applicable labour laws..
